NON-TIPPING POLICY:
We pride ourselves of delivering excellent service and do not expect or accept tips. We greatly appreciate referrals, Google reviews, and tags on social media to honor you service provider!

CORRECTION POLICY:
Our thorough consultations are a part of every service to allow you time to communicate your desires and expectations to our service providers to ensure a favorable service outcome. All service sales are final but we would be happy to offer you a complimentary service correction, however, the correction must be performed within 14 days of the original service date and preformed by the original service provider. Should your outcome not meet your expectations please contact our management team so the correction service may be scheduled.

CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING POLICY:
We respectfully request at least 48 hours’ advance notice for cancellations and rescheduling. We understand you may forget an appointment you booked months ago, which is why we confirm appointments 7 days in advance via email and 48 hours in advance via text as well as we  require a credit card on file to hold the appointment.
Please be aware of the following:
Cancellations. No shows, and rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
Appointments made within the 48 hour period must give notice of cancellation or rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ prior to the appointment.  Otherwise or cancelation/rescheduling policy is applied.
Appointments made within the 24 hour period must give notice of cancellation at least 4 hours’ prior to the appointment. Otherwise or cancelation/rescheduling policy is  applied.

PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
We will provide you with a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase as long 90% or more of the product remains. Any online/ text/ email purchases that are paid for have 30 days to be picked up or we will return them to the shelf. And considered final sale. All discounted/sale items are final sale. Makeup, brow/lash serums, and hairbrushes are nonrefundable.
If you’d like to test a product prior to committing to a purchase, please ask and we’ll be happy to demonstrate its use, answer any questions you have, and provide you with a sample.
